Dan Cottrell, Editor of Rugby Coach Weekly (RCW) was a welcome guest at Bramley Road this week. The former Bath and Bristol player, who is now a highly renowned coach, led the U15B Infidels squad in a 90 minute session on Tuesday.
Dan's session was a prize in a coaching competition run by RCW recently, and won by the the squads Lead Coach Chris Sweetapple.
The players worked hard and enjoyed training games such as 'Atomic Touch' and 'Walking Rugby', as well as developing their ruck technique and 'Go Forward' in defence.
The team is now ready for the second half of the season, starting this Sunday when they face Bishop's Stortford at Bramley Road, KO 11.00.
